Just over a year ago we had the honour of photographing Bianca & James’ Oxfordshire wedding. What better way of congratulating the couple on their first wedding anniversary than sharing their beautiful wedding day here on our blog. A perfect way to relive so many wonderful memories.
The couple chose the fabulous venue, Ardington House, set in the peaceful Oxfordshire countryside. The Georgian manor house boasts spacious rooms and a grand double staircase. Perfect for spectacular photographs. The beautiful gardens with manicured lawns, weeping willows and a little river too was again the perfect backdrop for some great images.
The ceremony took place on Temple Island in the grounds of the manor house. Guests crossed a wooden bridge over the river and onto the small island. The couple stood beneath a flower decorated pergola temple. Could it be more romantic?
Still, a year on, we love looking through the images. It never fails to put a smile on our faces.
The bride truly was one of the happiest smiliest people we have photographed. From meeting Bianca early in the morning of her wedding day she was full of excitement and it didn’t waver throughout the entire day.
Such a happy happy couple they certainly knew how to create a fabulously fun party for all their guests.
We hope you smile too as you look through Bianca & James’ Oxfordshire wedding.
